I’ve had such a great experience with Rocky Health. Their monthly check-ins really kept me accountable and on track with my weight loss goals. It’s such a contrast to other clinics where you’re only seen every 3-6 months—I always felt like I was left to figure things out on my own. With Rocky, the consistent support made a huge difference, and I’ve seen results much faster as a result. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for real progress!

The Company website is awful. Messages are ignored. They appear to have run out of weight loss supply in December and have been deceitful in sharing this information with patients

Ils débitent votre carte de crédit avant même d'avoir émis ou vérifier la prescription, ce qui est totalement illégal au Canada Après, il vous redirige vers une page pour la prescription (facturée 99$) et qui n'est pas annoncé à l'avance. J'ai essayé d'annuler la commande 5min après car je ne voulais pas passer par la prescription en ligne. Résultat, il demande 45$ de frais de services d'annulation pour une manipulation qui prend 2min!!

Trisha Maxene is the BEST I had a lot of questions about the programs, details, pricing etc and Trisha was so helpful and thorough. She took the time to carefully respond to all my inquiries and made sure I understood and felt comfortable with the weight loss drug and program I was inquiring about. She put a lot of my apprehensions at ease.

I feel cheated by Rocky. When filling out a questionnaire to prepare for a paid evaluation, I felt unsure about some of the questions, so I stopped and left the questionnaire unfinished to consult with my family doctor. Imagine my surprise when a courier showed up at my door with medication and my credit was charged for both a medical evaluation and the medication! Calling support got me nowhere - basically they did me the favour of canceling future orders. To be clear, I did not confirm or agree to start anything in any way. This place feels like a scam.

I got scammed 400$ I asked for ozempic, I paid the 400$ fees, with few information, other than I would receive the product after paying for it. After the payment they asked me to do blood work, for wich I had the option to accept and go on with the order, or cancel the order, I chose to cancel. They never refounded me after I canceled and now they don't answer me at all. It's been more than 2 month since I got answers to my mail. I paid to get the product, they don't deliver and refuse to refund, I got scammed. This is one of the many basic scams that are found on the internet with fake positive reviews, don't put your money in there, you will never see the color of it again.
