I am would highly recommend using myrocky. Ease of setting up an account to getting a prescription was fast and simple. I had an order that I didn’t receive and customer service sorted it out in a day or two. Having reliable customer service yo support you is a great asset.

Solid Company and legit pharmacy. Their customer service is A1 but one of my issues is that they don't take private insurance cards. I hope they can fix that in the future, aside from that it’s great!

I came across Rocky Health through an ad and decided to look them up. I Googled them and went through the reviews, some were really good while others were a bit doubtful. That made me a little skeptical at first, but I decided to give it a try. Everything went smoothly. I got Mounjaro through them, and the whole process took about four days. Anytime I had a question or concern, I emailed or messaged them on their website, and they responded quickly! The health practitioner took the time to explain everything clearly, which I appreciated. One thing I really liked was how well they kept me informed at every step. They sent email updates throughout the process, providing clear details about my order and delivery. The shipping was great! The medication arrived on time, well-packaged with an ice pack to keep it at the right temperature. Everything was handled professionally. So far, I think they’re doing a great job. I just received my first subscription a few days ago, and I’ll update my review after my refill next month!

I had an amazing experience getting prescribed a GLP-1. The customer support was amazing and it was always shipped with no issue. My clinician was incredible with timely checkins. The only reason I stopped was because I moved away from Canada, I will miss having access to Rocky!
