Terrible customer service, charge cancellation fees, never received any communication. Bad business practice - Stay away, better options are out there! Update 1 - Never left me any messages, two months later charged with a cancellation fee. Asked for refund, no reply. Greedy company.

Always received my medication on time from them except for once that their great customer service reached out immediately and solved the issue. Happy with their sevices.

Very unhappy with MyRocky & the pharmacy. My prescription was frozen and I was told its unsafe to use it but they couldnt send me another one without me having to cover the cost for the prescription which means I would have been out over $600.00 for something that was not my fault. The prescription was brand new and never opened until the day I reported it to them that it was frozen. They didnt believe me and said they dont know how it was frozen even though I explained to them my end of it and followed the instructions listed with the prescription. This was my second time with them and i had no issues the first time. Now I have to go through this same process at another place as I will no longer be using MyRocky.

They make it impossible to cancel prescriptions and close your account. They'll renew and charge you even after you've told them to put it on hold!

Ordered 4 tabs of taladafil...received only 2 after week and half. Tried to contact customer service twice but nobody answered me. I had to cancel my subscription Edit after the answer: After the answer of myrocky ca, they answered at my 4th email at contact myrocky.ca...(my 3 first mail was in their spam box. They told me they will send me the two missing tabs today. After that they fix the problem with sending me the missing tabs.
