They reserve the right to change your order at THEIR discretion with no explanation and absolutely no notification. You'll just receive a lesser dosage you did not order but at the same price as the higher dosage and you'll not be able to return it. Meaning they can lower your dosage to half so you need to take twice as much without notifying you. Basically doubling the price of the meds. Very unscrupulous business practice. UPDATE:. after leaving this review they reached out to me by phone. The person was able to read the long string of correspondence I had with someone else who was dismissing any issues. She was extremely helpful and polite and took the time to listen to the issue at hand. In the end she fulfilled my original order that I wanted and had paid for. I will admit it took two weeks, multiple emails and lots of frustration but in the end they made it right.

DO NOT use their service. Even after you paused or cancelled their subscription, they will automatically activated your account and charge you. When you contact them, they advise they will cancel but nothing was done. I will call my creditcard company and file a fraud charge.

I have tried several times to speak with customer service but was unsuccessful.

Ordering was simple and arrived quickly.

Never experience it but plz is it possible to get a free sample

Renella was very helpful with my renewal order. She also helped update my profile and orders all through the chat! She went above and beyond to also help with a promo code applied.

Scammy service and practices. I had put my account on pause and even took a screenshot as proof of me doing so. They didn't actually pause my account and proceeded to charge and ship me for an unwanted order. Customer service just gaslights you and says they'll speak to management and never does. Then house later they'll come back and offer a 10% discount, which is like 3$, which is an absolutely joke when they're shipping out unwanted prescriptions. Absolutely miserable service.

I am very pleased with MyRocky. I was concerned about my order missing in the mail and Renella Evangelista was quickly able to locate it and even called me direct to say it had been delivered to Canada Post Office near me. I'm super happy I learned of MyRocky! It's life changing and I've introduced it to many new clients!

Absolutely clueless. They arbitrarily charge your credit card for multiple orders. The "clinicians" try and milk you for $40 every time for a "consultation" which is nothing more than an automated email. They also fail to mention that you can request refills and not be charged the $40 fee. And even when they agree to it, they still charge you the $40 and you have to fight them to get it back. This company is a complete and total scam.

If you don't mind being lied to or paying more than one should this place is right for you
