Good problem resolutions
I Initially experienced what I felt was unethical business practices. However after posting a negative review I got a call back and they resolved my issue very well, and are looking into fixing their systems. First they asked for my credit card info before sharing the price. Then, even though I abandoned cart and didn’t complete the purchase I still got billed. I received a message from the prescribing doctor, and even though I didn’t respond, it got approved and I was billed. However because Canada post was on strike I never received the package. I also found out I was signed up for a recurring subscription! I had to have them cancel that. But after they called me back and said they would work on their system and gave me a refund I feel a lot better. JAYMIE was an excellent rep who not only resolved my issue, but also ensured that the company fixed its web design and systems to prevent such issues in the future and provide a smooth experience.
