Got the wrong dosage via my very first order. Customer service was unapologetic and basically told me to suck it up and take it. Not worth the price or the hassle, and it's not any cheaper then anywhere else. Avoid wasting your time on this provider. *Update* after leaving my review I was contacted by a new customer service rep that was willing to remedy the situation. A new order of the dosage required was sent out, and I recieved it in about 4 days this time. I've updated my review from 1 to 3 stars, and am willing to give Rocky another chance with another order in the future in hopes this was a one off incident. If the service and products get better then I will update further.

Good service starting out and was very pleased and would have been a 5 star! Then today recieved a $40 "follow-up consultation" charge - Seriously!!!! This was an email that said "Hi , just checking in to see how you are doing. Before I can issue your next refill, can you let me what know your current weight is and if you are experiencing any side effects? Please note this is an automated message. If we have recently followed up please disregard" Then a quick reply - $40

They took my money charged me for prescription I keep asking them for refill .No response. pharmacist just keeps delaying and delaying. I I told the Pharmacist to transfer my prescription, he refuses to do it.
