My product i received was leaking in the box , not only was the service fast I received a free replacement. Great service

Discreet access to a product normally tied with stigma. Quick professional service with little to no hassle. Good follow up and a product that truly works unlike so many gimmicks that are out there.

100% a scam. You can’t sell branded Ozempic, Mounjaro etc. with their horrible little 8 question questionnaire. They’re gonna be sued to oblivion. Don’t have to meet with a nurse etc. They’re a straight up copycat of Hims and Hers health and doing a way worse job. Brutal.

I ordered and was not given my medication prescription. I tried to cancel. I cancelled on the website, through their email, their virtual assistant. Very unprofessional company.

Not a scam, but also not truly legit. Unclear pricing, money taken before treatment approved, tried to worm their way out of a refund and only changed their mind when I threatened a privacy complaint should they not delete my data.

I’ve been using Rocky for well over a year now and have had nothing but the best service from them. Fast shipping the products I have been ordering are top notch. The service is great and I would like to give a shoutout to Trisha for some excellent customer service work on an order that I had messed up. Kudos to the Rocky team 5 star all the way!

Expensive order never arrived and customer service not willing to help. I emailed customer service 8 times now and been ignored. Don’t use rocky as their poor customer service will not help you out in any case. Their chat bots are basically third-world robots and have no authority over your issues with orders whatsoever
