My dog loves the food. He is overall doing much better and he is healthier than when he was eating kibbles. Service and shipping is excellent as well .

I had a sweet German shepherd “Belle” that had health issues from the start, and a 14 year old Min Pin “Nola” who is a very picky eater, they both loved the food. Belle recently passed away, I needed to cancel the membership, they were so easy to work with and received not one but two emails sending sympathy from Belle’s passing and they also sent a refund ( not my asking) for Belle’s last box. Such a great company

Ollie representatives are always so amazing. They are the nicest people to deal with. Our dog has been on their food program for approximately two years and he loves it. He is almost 13 and he just received a clean bill of health from our vet.

After two deliveries by UPS that were so late the food was mostly thawed, we appreciated Ollie persistence in making some changes with packing to accommodate UPS late delivery, ensuring the food didn’t arrive fully thawed and thus unusable. Thanks, Ollie!

I had an issue with the shipment of my box but Amy was amazing and resolved my issue. She made it quick and easy.

Ollie has great options that are healthy and tasty for my 3 fur babies.

Everything is excellent. The service, the food, the website - everything runs very smoothly & efficiently. My dog LOVES his food & he already seems happier & healthier! (His poops are amazing) It’s nice having an account & an app too. Customer service was wonderful when I had an issue & it was solved immediately! Cannot recommend Ollie enough!

What made my experience amazing was the fact that they helped me choose a perfect food recipe for my English Bulldog chancho. He is basically allergic to everything and now he barely gets up in the night to itch. They gave me a trial for a great price and decided to keep it. Customer service is amazing and my dog is happy!

When I changed my delivery date, it was not a problem, and I did receive them on time.

Right on time and our 15 year old mixed breed is doing better since we switched to Ollie's prepared food. She's more active and alert and social! So glad we switched!

Our dogs like this food very much and the service is great. The delivery is super fast which is very helpful for forgetful times when we happen to almost run out, we don’t have to worry because we can get it so fast. Very grateful for that. Also the shipping provider brought our box to an address two hours away and Ollie sent us out a whole new box and we received it the next day. Incredible service. Like Chewy has and that’s saying a lot! We stick with Chewy for that reason and will stick with Ollie for the same!

They were on time they said my package would arrive on the 18th it arrived on the 18th as said and as far as I can see my dog likes the food so I will continue to be a customer and I encourage anybody else to at least give it a try because I think they will be very pleased with not only the delivery process but the quality of the food too
