Unhappy and broke
I have been using these products for over 2 years with no results. What you could do is honor your money back guarantee and refund me the hundreds of dollars that I have wasted.una

Every product I have received from Musely has worked as described. I am thoroughly amazed by their newest products. I will be a user for life! The communication with the Doctors have always been efficient and effective and their advice right on point!
I started using the repair cream after I saw my daughter’s skin improvement. I am very happy with my results. My pores are less visible and there is a smoothness that wasn’t there before. I use it in the morning as recommended and also the eye cream morning and evening
Tho The website is challenging and difficult to get to an answer. I gave up

Communication is terrible. Product doesn’t work.
All I can say is that I can and will be a grateful customer for a very long time!! I used the eye serum, and the anti aging serum, and the results blew me away!! Then I added the spot cream and I look amazing compared to before!!! It worked as promised and I am so happy with the results!!!
I love the quality of the Rx formulas, the ease of ordering and customer service has been outstanding!
I am feeling incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed with my recent experience. They sent me an order that I never placed, and this oversight has left me frustrated. When I reached out to request a refund, I was met with an unhelpful response stating that it was already too late to process my request. They claimed to have sent me an email five days before the shipment, but I never received any such notification, which adds to my frustration. What troubles me even more is the prospect of an automatic refill being initiated for something I did not even choose. This situation has left me feeling upset and overwhelmed, and I sincerely hope to resolve it by receiving the refund I rightfully deserve.
Very scam-like. Impossible to cancel subscription- it’s taken me 1.5 hours and still no luck. I can’t take steroids , and needed to cancel my product subscription. I would suggest contacting the Better Business Bureau about these scammers. I already accepted the fact that there is no refunds and I will keep the useless unopened bottle of product I received. But to hide the cancel subscription button is a whole other level of shadiness.
I hesitated to write this review, but I feel obligated to share my experience for the sake of educating other potential customers. Please read carefully before purchasing. I ordered the Anti-Aging Cream on June 14, 2025, and received it on June 20, 2025. As this was my first experience with a tretinoin-based product, I followed the instructions provided by the Musely-assigned doctor, exactly as directed. I initially applied the cream only to my face and experienced no irritation or noticeable side effects. Before applying the product to my neck, I consulted the doctor and specifically asked if it was safe to do so. She confirmed that it was acceptable but cautioned that the skin on the neck is more sensitive. She advised me to dilute the cream with moisturizer, reduce the dosage, and limit application to two or three times per week. I followed these instructions precisely. Despite following these instructions, I soon began developing multiple small skin tags on my neck. Initially, I did not associate them with the cream. However, as the tags increased and eventually covered a SIGNIFICANT PORTION OF MY NECK, I became concerned about an underlying health issue and sought evaluation from a local dermatologist. I was shocked when the dermatologist confirmed that tretinoin use on the neck can commonly cause this reaction and stated that it should NEVER have been recommended for that area. At no point did the Musely doctor warn me about this specific side effect. Had I been informed that using the product on my neck could lead to the development of hundreds of skin tags, I would never have applied it there. This lack of disclosure is extremely concerning. Patients rely on doctors to provide essential warnings about potential risks—especially with dermatological treatments that directly affect one’s appearance. Musely also bears significant responsibility for ensuring that its affiliated doctors deliver complete and accurate guidance. What began as an effort to improve my skin has now turned into a deeply distressing situation. Removing the skin tags will require multiple laser treatments, costing thousands of dollars and carrying the additional risk of permanent pigmentation changes. Beyond the physical damage, the emotional toll of seeing my neck covered in hundreds of skin tags every day is profound and difficult to process. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. It is unprofessional and irresponsible for a prescribing doctor to omit crucial risk information, and for the company to allow such oversights. I am sharing my honest experience to warn others.
