Every product I have received from Musely has worked as described. I am thoroughly amazed by their newest products. I will be a user for life! The communication with the Doctors have always been efficient and effective and their advice right on point!
I started using the repair cream after I saw my daughter’s skin improvement. I am very happy with my results. My pores are less visible and there is a smoothness that wasn’t there before. I use it in the morning as recommended and also the eye cream morning and evening
Tho The website is challenging and difficult to get to an answer. I gave up

I love the regiment, however I believe that Hydroquinone can be administered daily using the correct dosage at 2 to 3 percent. There would seem to be no need to go cold turkey for 2 months on your regiment. As an AA woman with melanin skin I find myself almost starting all over again. I have used hydroquinone 2% over the counter for many years with no problem.
I tried two versions of the eye serum and unfortunately after using my eyes stung/ felt like they were burning all day. It was a pretty miserable feeling. Bummed it didn’t work out- was looking for a long term solution
I love using Musely! Even more so now that I have a little more control on orders and shipments. The only thing I don’t like is that if we are not applicable to receive the % off, why do you keep sending use those emails? New clients only! SMH!
So far so good and great costumer service
Initially I raved about the company. But this is now my 3rd shipment of private cream that has something wrong with it, I emailed about the last bottle two times and got no response. I am assuming it’s not being mixed correctly because after 3-4 pumps I cannot get anymore out have to crack the bottles open and what’s left is very thick. Paying this much for something I should not be trying to scoop out what I can with a paper clip. I will be canceling before my next shipment.
I ordered another bottle of spot cream. If I see better results, I will update my review. Thank you .
