Very poor customer service
I have been ordering hair loss medication from this company. I recently sent a request to order again, submitted all my information and without letting me know the company just charged me and sent out the product! My address on the app was incorrect as it had been months since I last ordered from them. I expected there would be some sort of notification from them that I was approved for the medication or simply asking first for permission to charge my credit card but no and customer service has been disgraceful they are saying too bad even tho it’s their error! They sent me a email AFTER the derm approved my treatment but also AFTER charging me and shipping the item! I was not asked if my shipping details were correct or anything. They won’t refund me! Do not use! Terrible customer service! Very condescending to me in the emails sent by Heather too. The dermatologist was also condescending and unhelpful in my talks with him about treatment.

The spot cream did work
The spot cream did not work. They also send me the pill (tranezamic acid). After taking it for 3 days my whole body aches, headache, and a sore throat. I talked to my doctor and she told me to stop taking the pill because it is not for the dark spot! It is a treatment for hemorrhoids. I emailed customer service and told them what happen and if I can send them the bottle back and get my money back, but until now I did not receive any response.!!! So the advertisement that says money back guarantee is all a lie..!!!!!!!

LOVE the customer service!!
The Musely prescription wasn't for me...I have very sensitive skin...but I loved how the customer service team handled my case. My Doctor tried his best to help me get a new treatment plan and when that didn't work they got me my refund right away! While I can't use them I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family.

I cannot believe I have gone 30 years…
I cannot believe I have gone 30 years without Musely! I have tried every prescription, over the counter, naturopathic, laser treatment under the sun and never have I EVER encountered a company that not only formulates customized prescription treatments that produce the results that I want, but offer excellent customer and dermatologist support! I can message my Doctor anytime within my prescription's consult period (60 days) and I am always amazed at how quickly I am responded to! I am now a lifelong Musely patient and my skin has NEVER looked better!

Greedy, Slimy company that pushes wrong perscriptions against your will
Slimy company, they charged my CC, even before my treatment was reviewed and approved by the doc. Then when I got my treatment, it was not at all what I needed. They are clearly using UNSUPERVISED auto-prescribe AI bot to generate the prescriptions to generate them at the speed they do ( and with errors!) . This is illegal in US. (Can't wait until a class action law suit will hit them and close them down) No competent physician would prescribe me what they did, if they spent even 5 minutes fully reviewing my comments, my medical history , what i was looking for, my other medications I was already taking, what medications i took that did not work out and which i did NOT want to be prescribed again. They superscribed me the meds that I specifically said I already tried and which DID NOT work for me. No explanation offered why that was the treatment plan. Why the medication I asked for was left out and why the medication I specifically asked not to include was included. Even worse, when I asked for a different doctor from their team to review the suspect prescription and provide a second opinion and an explanation as to why they did what they did, my request was ignored, both on the website, the app, and sms I sent them. I clearly notified them that I did not approve my treatment plan the same day that it was shared with me. Yet on that same day, without getting back to me regarding my concerns - even when I contacted their customer support,- during their posted customers support hours in PST, I got no reply. The company wasted no time, auto- shipping out the perscription thought that I did not agree to, so now I will have to fight them for a refund! Did I mention they charged my CC, before I even agreed on the treatment plan? This company is a complete fraud, they disregard any form of medical ethics. All they want is to get their grubby little hands on your money and patient concerns and patient well-being is of no concern to them. The company is being run by bots. Bots perscribe medicine. Bots pretend to answer patient concerns. And bots are used to ignore customers. The whole pace is an online Pill Mill of dubious legal standing.

ordering anti-aging cream
I ordered the anti-aging cream since tretinoin is too expensive from my own dermatologist and WOW! The experience was so easy and I actually got paired with a real dermatologist. All I had to do was fill out questions and upload photos and the next day the doctor had responded and wrote a prescription!! I will definitely be continuing to purchase through Musely and I am excited to see what other products are offered.

I love Musely!
I love Musely! I ordered the anti-aging cream for my acne and got it with the bundle items (facewash and SPF). I gave the facewash to my husband since I already have one I like and he loved it! The SPF is the best one I've ever used. I use the clear and it rubs in really well without leaving me too greasy. The medication itself finally helped clear my acne after years of trying so many other stuff. I'm only giving a 4 rating instead of a 5 because my doctor was kind of short with his answers. I needed to ask a lot of questions to get the full help I wanted, but he was really great as long as I initiated/progressed the conversation myself!

I am a proud Musely customer! I feel like now-a-days so many ads are photoshopped or just marketing tactics, but Musely's ads are real! I know, because I have gotten the same results that I see in their ads! And I have friends that have used Musely and they had the same experience! We all love it! After doing research, I learned that all of their products are backed by science and not just a tube of water. And the ingredients are clinically tested and medical grade, so I get all of my skincare products from them now. I only had to reach out to their support team once, and it was for a USPS shipping issue. Their customer service team was responsive, friendly and seemed to genuinely care. The issue was resolved in less than a day! I can't say enough good things about this company!
