Every product I have received from Musely has worked as described. I am thoroughly amazed by their newest products. I will be a user for life! The communication with the Doctors have always been efficient and effective and their advice right on point!
I started using the repair cream after I saw my daughter’s skin improvement. I am very happy with my results. My pores are less visible and there is a smoothness that wasn’t there before. I use it in the morning as recommended and also the eye cream morning and evening
Tho The website is challenging and difficult to get to an answer. I gave up

Their products are a COMPLETE SCAM. I ordered their spot cream and NOTHING happened for two months. NO change. No side effects either, that's how you know it's doing nothing. And they won't give me a refund because I didn't do their useless "check-ups" with their fake nurses who are paid secretaries! Beware of this scam. You've been warned!
I used the spot cream twice. Severe side effects after 2 administrations, including redness and swelling. They refused to issue a refund
I think the product is good overall but there are a variety of issues with the customer journey, UX and packaging. 1) first I couldn’t get any product out and waited 2 days for instructions on how to get it out. Then it ran out quickly ... or so I thought until I used a wrench to ply open the bottle and realized there was a ton of product stuck in the bottle! 2) second order came in the wrong packaging! (A script!) - so waited 2 weeks to get a proper customer service response to figure it out before I could use it. Phone line is BS- just loops you back to email and reps don’t read the full context before sending mostly automated responses. 3) no way to update the calendar/plan tracker to accommodate for these missed days - product/UX team this is ridic 4) don’t trust the derms are really looking at your skin photos before making recs. Feels automated
I tried three products. The spot cream, body cream and private cream. The only product i got some results with was the spot cream, However the spot i actually ordered it for looks exactly the same as when i started, I used all these products for about a year and I should have stopped way earlier. They tell you it takes time but in all honesty if you don't see results in four months, drop them you are being duped. I would blame the doctor mine in Missouri absolutely did not care. You can't change doctors they are assigned to an area. So if you get a dud, you will get bad or not results. I told her what worked for me in the past she totally ignored it. And when I said things were not working she told me to go to a dermatologist in my area. That just shows they don't read what you write in your initial consult I very much believe treatments are not customized. They do not ask extra questions to get to know your better. This is a side gig for these dermatologist do you really think they are putting that much effort into helping people besides their practice if that. NO! Negative reviews are also removed so you think that its a thing that is working for lots of people. I fell for that, don't fall for it, Save your money or choose someone else.
I've used this product several times. The spot cream is inconsistent in quality. At times, it is too oily. Sometimes, it lightened the melasma. Other times, it didn't make a change. The peel was a waste of money. It did not improve the skin. It didn't change anything about my skin. The anti-aging cream is also questionable. They start everyone with a hydrocortisone prescription, and you can't change that. Their customer support is rude and obnoxious.
Not only did Musely not get rid of my Brownspots it made my skin even darker and more spotted. It is awful.
The company is deceptive in its practice. Employees bait and switch tactics. The website states 90 day supply but you get only 30-45 days max. They say their product is super concentrated. But if you read the percentage of medicine it’s not compared to competitors. Product is good but not worth the price. Look else were for better transparency and price.
I have been using the spot cream almost for 2 months. I didn't see any results at all. This product is a big scam . They scamed me for $84 .
Absolutely horrible customer service! I was prescribed the wrong medication, and when I pointed it out and asked for the $20 doc visit fee to be refunded since they obviously didn't even review my medical questionnaire, they told me they couldn't do that. So I'm out $20 and had to go to Nurx to get the correct medication because their doctors don't even review your information before prescribing whatever they feel necessary. They're going to end up hurting somebody. Stay away!
