Very poor customer service
I have been ordering hair loss medication from this company. I recently sent a request to order again, submitted all my information and without letting me know the company just charged me and sent out the product! My address on the app was incorrect as it had been months since I last ordered from them. I expected there would be some sort of notification from them that I was approved for the medication or simply asking first for permission to charge my credit card but no and customer service has been disgraceful they are saying too bad even tho it’s their error! They sent me a email AFTER the derm approved my treatment but also AFTER charging me and shipping the item! I was not asked if my shipping details were correct or anything. They won’t refund me! Do not use! Terrible customer service! Very condescending to me in the emails sent by Heather too. The dermatologist was also condescending and unhelpful in my talks with him about treatment.
