Unhappy and broke

I have been using these products for over 2 years with no results. What you could do is honor your money back guarantee and refund me the hundreds of dollars that I have wasted.una

I started using the repair cream after I saw my daughter’s skin improvement. I am very happy with my results. My pores are less visible and there is a smoothness that wasn’t there before. I use it in the morning as recommended and also the eye cream morning and evening

Doctor prescribed prescrition strength!

Well the most unique thing is being able to consult with an actual dermatologists and get prescription strength creams.... Withing weeks I saw a great improvement in my skins texture and pigmentation. No more spots.... I used OTC creams and wasted money on recomended creams and spot removers to no avail....

This is the first skincare line that actually does what it promises. The redness in my skin has subsided, as have any flare ups that I had been getting over the last year or so. I’m excited to keep going with several of my newer treatments (anti-aging and neck cream) to see even more progress.

Expensive cream that does not work.

I started using the spot cream for dark spots on my forehead. I used 3 tubes of the product. During treatment my skin got red and started peeling. As painful as this was I kept using it getting raw skin as a result. I took breaks because of this and resumed after healing. I used for about 4 months. In the end my dark spot got twice as dark. Very, very disappointing. I don’t recommend this product, very expensive and it does not work

False advertising regarding HSA…

False advertising regarding HSA approval. Just received an email from my HSA Administrator stating I have to pay back the $145 I paid Musely for these "prescription" spot creams. I was just told these are classified as cosmetic and they are not covered by my HSA plan. Really great, getting an unexpected $145 bill at this point.

Terrible company

Terrible company. They advertise a customizable solution for hair loss that contains spironolactone, minoxidil, dutasteride, ketocozanole and Trentinoin. I was already getting a solution with a Spironolactone and minoxidil from a company called HappyHead for $79 a month. I canceled my subscription with HappyHead because Musely offered their product with additional dutasteride in it. I filled out a health, history questionnaire and specifically asked for them to omit the Tretinoin, because it causes irritation and peeling. Not only did they not listen to my request, they did not include the dutasteride, which was the only reason I used this company in the first place. I paid $130 for the solution and didn’t get what I asked for. I reached out to customer service, got some stupid reply that had nothing to do with my concern, and no resolution. Just be aware you will not be able to call anybody and talk to anybody in person. This is a medical scam. Completely wasted my money. They screwed me over. Offering out prescriptions when no one’s actually looking at your health history. I’m pissed. This company sucks. Don’t waste your time and money. Use HappyHead instead. It’s a lot cheaper.

Negative Reaction to product and Musely…

I had a negative reaction to the spot cream product - it turned my face orange. Musely will not issue me a refund or an exchange unless I continue to use the product for 60 days. In order to qualify for their guarantee you must follow all of their guidelines, regardless of having an adverse reaction. Do not purchase if you have any chance of having a negative reaction - they do not issue refunds or guarantee their products.

This is a scam

This is a scam. If you submit “unsatisfactory” photos and you cancel your order, you will still be charged a $20 doctor’s visit fee. Customer service is non-existent. This is not a legit business.

BEWARE MUSELY bait and switch

Really upset that I went ahead and ordered spot cream after thinking about it for months. It's too much money for me and I finally talked myself into it. $92 and then in the fine print they charge you $20 for a so-called doctor visit. I finally decided to do it. They took my money and said that a doctor would be getting back with me to review. I got a template letter telling me my best course of action and that they were going to continue to send me products that I did not ask for. Sounded like the Columbia record company from the '60s. I responded that I did not want any of it that I only wanted one shipment. I asked to cancel and have a refund and they sent me the refund for the cream but not for the doctor visit. There were only a couple of sentences from a robot and it cost me $20 because I did not want to be a victim of a bait and switch come on. I am not one of those people who looked for trouble but I'm very angry about this and I need to spread the word to everyone else. Beware of Musely. Unless you are fully prepared to sign on for something that never ends and they will continue to charge you without your permission, take heed. I very clearly marked that I only wanted one time product, no recurring, and the so-called robot doctor told me I would need to have recurring creams and they would be sent. So I refused. I got charged $20
