Every product I have received from Musely has worked as described. I am thoroughly amazed by their newest products. I will be a user for life! The communication with the Doctors have always been efficient and effective and their advice right on point!
I started using the repair cream after I saw my daughter’s skin improvement. I am very happy with my results. My pores are less visible and there is a smoothness that wasn’t there before. I use it in the morning as recommended and also the eye cream morning and evening
Tho The website is challenging and difficult to get to an answer. I gave up

I wouldn’t bother. It’s a rip off. I don’t have the energy to go in to the whole story…
I’m in my early 40s and it was time to get real with by skincare. I find Musely very easy to order from and very easy to cancel (if you don’t like a certain product) I’ve tried about 6 different products in their line. Favourites are the neck cream, anti ageing cream (evening, tretinoin) and aging repair cream (morning, estriol). When you first receive it it will feel like the bottle is very light but the amount of cream you need is very small (pea size) and this is enough, because it’s potent. These three I have kept with, others I tried I stopped. Same with everything in life that some things work better for some people than others but these three work for me! I haven’t had any issues with customer service so I’m a little confused by these reviews. I do wish it wasn’t so expensive and I do try and make it last longer.
After being bombarded with ads I started to research. For whatever reason the majority of customers are NOT happy so why would anyone take a chance to be part of the 1% that are. The company has work to do. Listen to the customers, stop disputing what they say. Make the platform more user friendly. Work on your customer service for complaints. Be consistent with shipping times. Stop turning it around on the customers, who have spent money giving your product a try and offering their honest experiences of dissatisfaction. FIX the problems!
if i could give it 0 stars i would. terrible. they sent me a prescription i am allergic to despite having it listed on my medical profile. try and contact them? good luck they send you a robot response every time. try to call them? good luck. goes to voicemail and they do not call you back. should be shut down with the amount of horrible reviews on here. do yourself a favor and save your money from these con artists
Total scam company! Beware!! I ordered a cream for my legs that was over 100.00. It came in a small travel size 1 oz bottle with a pump that does not work!!! Had to pump over a hundred times to get less than a pea size amount. How would that cover my legs for a months supply?? Contacted customer care twice with no response. Buyer beware wish I did some research first. Never again!!
DO NOT BUY. Spot cream is basically bleach. Ruined my skin and towels.
I ordered two different products through this company and after not seeing any noticeable difference, I contacted their online doctor, only to be given some automated generated feedback that didn’t align with my questions. When I contacted customer service about receiving a refund; after several email attempts, they informed me that because my products were “custom” made, they couldn’t refund me for the products. Additionally, customers should beware that their pricing breakdown is very misleading. You will ALWAYS pay over $60 for each renewal. I plan to report this company to the BBB as well
The pricing is clearing indicated on the site for one refill.them the first time ordering it automatically says for 2 months. They try to say then one receiving one bottle it is enough for 2 months but rx changes later for 2 refills for same price. Charges 20$ dr fee to subscribe the fill. i then noticed the first one i changed my mind on what i wanted and cxld it the 20$ was applied to that rx and omitted. i then placed for 2 different ones and was never charged the 20$ "dr" fee both rx prescription were computer generated and the same. They are charging a fake dr fee to look at pics its all automated. Dropping this company as fast as i ordered and going to dermatologist that actually deals and see real ppl. Will not be surprised if this company gets a class action against them in the future for being frauds.
I have had a good experience so far. I have had 3 orders come. I love the neck cream. It does make me peel but I notice a difference in a good way. I like the eye cream but it occasionally makes my eyes burn. I haven’t noticed much difference using the day cream but it is nice. I have put my account on hold and started it back up no problem as on now. Been using for about a year and a half.
Update: customer service did finally request photos, videos, descriptions (again) of the problem and sent a replacement which was clearly a better mixed/compounded product. It took a great deal of effort, and a lot of back and forth which is still relatively poor customer service. Original: After ordering many of their products, continuously expanding into different treatments, I received a completely defective product. The antiaging with vitamin C and estriol was filled with grit and smelled like onions. I wrote to the company four times and all four times they stated that it was freshly compounded, they can’t accept a return, and told me to shake it/put it upside down/place it in the refrigerator… None of which worked. They wouldn’t admit they made a mistake, they wouldn’t replace the item, they simply do not care and only send automated scripted replies. I’ve canceled all of my refills and will go with other companies, providing the same product with better customer care.
