Have bought only chicken great value and hardly any waste

Food was delivered late , food didn't seem fresh as it had been in a van all day. Dpd are shocking

Bought a hamper from muscle foods, brilliant value for money. The chicken thighs had previously been frozen but still had a used by date on. Upon arrival I noticed a weird smell, opening the chicken thighs up to what was, to bag them up to freeze, noticed the “defrosted don’t freeze” and the smell that came after opening them up was enough to put you off all together.

Seems impossible to get a response. Logged in using the Shopify feature, which defaulted to an old address by mistake - I should’ve noticed but didn’t, so appreciate it’s my mistake. I immediately emailed (as they don’t have a phone number and their live chat just defaults to asking me what my email address is to get an email response) but they took 3 days to respond to me, at which point I was told it was too late and I had to contact DPD. I contacted DPD who told me they do not have the package yet, so they can’t edit it and that Muscle Food can still change my address. I responded to the email from muscle food (the only way I can contact them), and the customer service agent responded by saying she’s sorry that I missed my delivery - completely irrelevant to what I’d said. I then didn’t hear back, at which point my order was shipped to the wrong address and refused at the door, and now I don’t know what the next steps are, or how to get in touch to resolve the issue. I’ve been a customer since 2016, always referring family and friends, but this lack of support has made me think otherwise. Update: Had a different customer service agent respond to say they’d ship me a new order out. They asked me to confirm my address, which I did. The same customer service agent who gave me incorrect information the first time responded to say they have sent it to the wrong address again, despite having sent at least 5 emails, plus one asking me to confirm my address. I’ve responded again, asking to update the details, but the long wait and lack of reading comprehension doesn’t get my hopes up.

The chicken fillets were the smallest I have ever seen you would expect one should serve one person you would need two to three of these per person the rib eye steaks were mostly fat not able to use the rump steaks were just ok not good enough to give to guests so unfortunately I am now going to have to go out to buy more chicken and get some decent steak for a bbq this weekend. The steak burgers look really good as does the chicken just a shame on the portion size. Also the box partially open on delivery.

Food is always great but I think something burst. It's happed before so they need to ensure that couriers look after the packaging and that food is packed properly. I've had chicken juice go all over my other food before now and it was difficult to salvage

Don't order if you want more than two days life on the meat

Ordered 6x1ltre egg whites all dated 10/7 . So they expecte to use 6 litres of egg whites in 7days. Absolutely ridiculous service. Other companies have longer sell by dates, atleast over month or so. Really disappointed. Will not use this company again

We received our parcel in good time however when we opened the package everything had leaked and it was very messy. We expected the packaging to be more robust and durable especially as it was in transit. We were left with cleaning up the mess and disinfecting each meat parcel which was annoying and not what we expected as a first time customer. Disappointed.
