DPD!!!!!!!!!! MY PARCEL WAS DAMAGED!!!!! The box was split on three sides and inner bag split and packaged was dripping meat juices!!!!! Now know that's not what you would have sent out.... and the meat stunk to high heaven prob due to the damage....... so although you were almost certainly not at fault I had to throw all chicken out ae that was the stink and what was leaking..... the heat would not have helped either... but heath did not destroy the box and inner plastic bag and chicken breast bag....... I have since complained to DPD who refused to discuss it and said I had to inform you....... to which I said their driver (SONNY) should refund my costs.... but they only say to contact you.... so they are passing the buck..... my sons delivery from you at same address but by different DPD driver arrived in pristine condition.......

The different kinds of meat I received was amazing and the fact that they all arrived in good condition

was told arriving waited on delivery then informed its next day delivery asked if i want to get order sent to neighbour i changed it to distillery next door as it receives parcels daily the box was delivered to the wrong address also one of the bags of chicken had a very unpleasant smell so it has just became dog food

Great quality and great amount of food for the price. Fresh and well chilled. Had issues with DPD who may be the worse courier delivery company in the country but musclefood sorted the issue straight away with no hesitation or further issues

KO terrible food was all soggy and dripping in water portion sizes are not best won't be coming back I was missing my sausages and steak

Beyond ANNOYED that my order of £30 has gone missing because it was delivered to the wrong address. No attempt to make contact or call to see if I was in. Now it is dropped in some random persons door way and for all I know now I have wasted £30! I phoned DPD and they could do nothing. Not even bother to contact the driver to rectify the problem. Just told to get in touch with muscle food and see what they can do. That's not going to be any use to me when I have food that will eventually perish on the street and will no longer be of use to me! I just have to regard the parcel as stolen now! _______________________________________________________ EDIT: 18/07/2025 MuscleFoods have been good enough to replace the order that had gone missing and have therefore amended the star rating.
