Order arrived in great time, was packaged well for the hot hot day. However, there was one packet of 2.5 kgs chicken missing and two packets of 200g minced beef. I have contacted musclefood multiple times via email and live chat and haven't gotten anywhere. Can't find a telephone number that works to speak to an actual person. Wasn't cheap and really needed the food by now.

Easy to order ,good quality and delivery is on time.

My order was light and the steak is poor quality unfortunately I will never use this company again

All the meats are lush i always have and will carrycot buying good quality for what you pay for

the bacon was like cardboard and no teaste at all went in the bin

Most of the order was great unfortunately the chicken thighs where unusable as the had a awful smell to them and when taking to contact them have be ignored

Second time in a row, my purchase is delayed. The food is then expired and a week later get food. This affects my management of budgeting and preparing as a parent with mouths to feed. Last delay ignored regarding any kind of gesture of the inconvenience. Starting to question my business here.
