I haven't recieved my order

I usually never have an issue but WOW today I do. One of my musclefood boxes (we had two) was opened, bag opened inside and every meat package warm, foul gone off smell and this was costing me £80+. I have emailed and hoping / praying I get emailed back soon. All this food is ruined and not edible.

DPD left the box outside the main doors to the block of apartments box was damaged and not fastened shut.

Have tasted the bars before and think they are the best out there. Unfortunately 5 days later I’m still waiting for delivery. Probably not your fault. Who have you used for this delivery?

Utter rubbish. No idea why these influencers are jumping on the ready meal bandwagon it’s pathetic. Tasteless rubbish for people addicted to social media, using TikTokers to promote their lazy narrative convincing people they don’t have time to cook. If you don’t have time to cook you’re doing something wrong. I’d give it a zero put the one will have to do.

Overall smell meats upon were opening was disappointing, not sure if it has something to do with the heat-sealing process. Had to discard some as it didn’t feel safe to eat. Won’t be buying from them ever again..

Just what we needed. Kids are over the moon with new seats

Very poor customer service and meat quality. The steaks are inedible and when I complained they kept saying they needed evidence of damaged packaging despite me making it clear the meat was tough and inedible not damaged. I spent £120 on meat and this did not seem to matter. The Italian sausages were odd and soapy tasting. Too much fennel. Steak burgers also ended up in the bin. The medallion bacon was poor and so thin it ripped apart trying to get out of packet. All in all I've had much better quality, customer service, taste and value in Aldi.
