Seems impossible to get a response

Seems impossible to get a response. Logged in using the Shopify feature, which defaulted to an old address by mistake - I should’ve noticed but didn’t, so appreciate it’s my mistake. I immediately emailed (as they don’t have a phone number and their live chat just defaults to asking me what my email address is to get an email response) but they took 3 days to respond to me, at which point I was told it was too late and I had to contact DPD. I contacted DPD who told me they do not have the package yet, so they can’t edit it and that Muscle Food can still change my address. I responded to the email from muscle food (the only way I can contact them), and the customer service agent responded by saying she’s sorry that I missed my delivery - completely irrelevant to what I’d said. I then didn’t hear back, at which point my order was shipped to the wrong address and refused at the door, and now I don’t know what the next steps are, or how to get in touch to resolve the issue. I’ve been a customer since 2016, always referring family and friends, but this lack of support has made me think otherwise. Update: Had a different customer service agent respond to say they’d ship me a new order out. They asked me to confirm my address, which I did. The same customer service agent who gave me incorrect information the first time responded to say they have sent it to the wrong address again, despite having sent at least 5 emails, plus one asking me to confirm my address. I’ve responded again, asking to update the details, but the long wait and lack of reading comprehension doesn’t get my hopes up.
