Modern ship, amazing staff and great food and drink. Fantastic family holiday. 😀
Fabulous ship, staff, facilities , food and so much more.
I like the ittinary and the excursions were well organised although the trip at Corona was poor , servile and the caves at San hosa valences were excellent However ,I didnt like the fact that everything on the ship was provided through qcr codes and screens. It wasn't initially clear how to use the screens to book shows etc.
Was a good cruise overall
Lovely ship and great staff all round
Amazing holiday on the Virtuosa again this year. The ship and staff are amazing. The only issue was other guests who are entitled and rude.
Not what I would hope for or expect
Great for families
Customer care and service was excellent
If you like the idea of a floating Benidorm this is the ship for you. Parents allowing kids to run riot. Overcrowded and ports had nothing to offer, and you get charged for the privilege. Food very average at best. Have to say my previous experience was very good, hence the second cruise of the year with this ship. Sadly the people on the ship ruined the experience. Avoid if you’re looking for a peaceful trip. Oh and if you want to sit by the pool you have no chance! 14 days trapped was horrendous and would go as far to say this was up there with the worst holiday I’ve had. Sorry MSC
I have stayed in the yacht club twice with MSC and I can’t imagine it being any better. The staff are amazing. The food was amazing. I would highly recommend.
Ship was too busy, not enough sunbeds, seats or tables for 6500 people
Ship was overcrowded and making for a stressful cruise overall
Staff so attentive and nothing is an issue
Relaxing, good choice of cites visited.
The cruise was perfect thank you MSC
Loved our cruise but found it too busy & too many kids
Entertainment good, things for children of all ages.. food acceptable but always cold. Staff work hard. Cabin kept clean but miss the evening turn down.
Food and theatre shows are fabulous. Staff are friendly and there were lots of activities daily. You can always find something fun to do even in sea days. Love to go to MSC again.
Any time embarkation after around 10:00 am, simply drop your luggage at a dedicated counter, priority queue for security as MSC have their own terminal in Barcelona YC guests have their own lounge area where you get checked in whilst presented with snacks and drinks. The upscale treatment continues on boarding where you are escorted to the YC area of the ship and from then on its a succession of just amazing meals in the YC restaurant and Brassiere. The food and presentation is just superb. The YC area has its own pool deck and hot tubs. In the YC area you will find the staff very attentive and friendly. Outwith the YC area the speciality restaurants were great as were the Theatre productions. It should be noted that outside the YC area, the ship was very very busy and crowded although the majority of the people seemed to be having a great time. If you aren't into crowds or families with children, this cruise ship might not be for you. If on the other hand crowds and families are your thing then this ship wont dissapoint. On disembarkation day as a YC guest you leave when you need to. I think the last guests on our sailing left around 2:40 PM and up until then, were enjoying the YC pool deck and grill bar. As one ot least of the guests remarked as he lay sprawled on a deck chair waiting for his transfer to the airport "what more could one want" Would we sail MSC YC on the World Europa again, absolutely.
Great ship. Busy on school holidays
