Very easy process all around! First of all, what a great website. I had zero issues with setting this up. The website I had all the information that I needed. And the information I didn’t find, I emailed, a return email within minutes. So far great customer service and a great experience. Now I’m just waiting for the bike to arrive.
Many other companies didn't offer an instant quote; they wanted to get all of your info first and then they would send you a quote later and then send endless emails and then sell your info to their partners and then you're getting a ton of emails.
Arrived in perfect condition more than a week earlier than expected. Communication was excellent; pricing was phenomenal. I would recommend this company to anyone.
