Super easy and quick to get a quote and even better to book, great experience.
SOFTWARE GLITCHES, ERROR MESSAGES WHEN SOFTARE FAILED TO UPDATE AFTER CORRECTING DELIVERY LOCATION AND ALSO DURING ACCOUNT CREATION, SELECTING CANADA AND NO PROVINCES SHOW UP. HAD TO FAKE IT WITH USA AND CALIFORNIA
This is my first time working with your company. I guess it's too soon to say how things will go. The quick quote and booking process seemed to go well.
It was a great experience. Danny was very helpful answered all my many questions. Made me feel very comfortable and I knew my bike would be safe.
It was so easy
I've shipped 2 bikes over the last 5 years with 3 different shippers/brokers. Motorcycle shippers was by far the best. 1. Easy transfer from terminal to terminal. I assisted placing the bike on a secure pallet. One of the shippers I used before just rolled the bike onto a trailer. 2. Great communication/tracking throughout the shipping. The bike arrived earlier than projected. 3. Reasonable pricing. Shout out to Danny who helped me along the process. Fast communication and follow up.
Estimating delivery window was a nice up front experience
The online option was very easy.
It was very easy to get a quote online. Took less than 30 seconds. They are a little bit higher than a couple of others but the shipping times are better. We will see when the motorcycle shows up to see if there shipping days are accurate! So far a good experience.
had some questions setting up my account and did not get any response from your chat service.
I answered their questions and they provided me a quote quickly.
I've used motorcycle shippers in the past and very happy with the service
Had Danny help me with the order. Good experience.
Previous use made me come back. Lots of other cheaper quotes but was so happy with other deals there realy was no real question on who I was going to use for my shipper.
Simple online process. User friendly and contact was available for questions prior to setting up shipping.
Quick, accurate answers and no B/S.
Website needs a bit of work to streamline it. Im pretty good at this but it still took me 3 tries to get a quote and another 3 to book
Easy to get a quote and book.
The On-line quote site was easy to follow, descriptive and fast with return quote. Input of information regarding vehicle was easy to follow and use. Having the ability to use PayPal is always good. Commitments to no additional charges is key for me. Details about delivery and care is a comfort and engenders confidence in company. I did not get any information on what documentation is required or where to send. Too early? Not required?
Very quickly responded with price and the prices were reasonable.
The website was easy to navigate and I got a quote in minutes.
