At the moment I saw this product and started reading more into it I was sure. I had to try this! And it works, unbelievably well =) I can recommend this product to anyone who sees themselfes as waking up in the middle of the night, have trouble falling asleep, and if you feel fatigue during the day or have problems with your memory. I'd give this product 5/5 :D

Find that I sleep and wake rested using Unplug. I have also been using Power Up and have more energy through the day while still being able to naturally slow down in the evening. No jitters or other feelings of stimulation which was a pre purchase concern that never materialized. As an aside, I have always had bumpy skin on my upper arms and backs of legs (keritosis pilaris) which had all but completely gone. Recommend the supplement without hesitation and have re-ordered.

Even on first ingestion of the day nootropics, I could evidence that they were having the desired effect. My thinking was sharper and my recall memory was better, for example, remembering the name of people famous and non-famous in a minute of connecting the dots - whereas, usually, it would take a whole day or never! This helped me in real-life as I attended at event with ex-work colleagues, and also in getting rest before sleeping. I do find that taking just one tablet, instead of the prescribed two tablets, is effective enough. I have taken two tablets twice recently when I felt a little anxious and desired more clarity in general decision making. I have not taken them everyday, for example, non-working days. The tablets shouldn't be seen as a general fix for any long-term issues, and they do not make you smarter, or necessary work more efficiently. For what I wanted, they did the job, and I can decide when I think I want more clarity in my mind and need that extra support getting there. Quite slow delivery to my country (couple of weeks) - outside of UK, in the EU.

The night and day nootropics really work if you take them consistently. The night time one makes you sleep really deeply and effectively without making you fall sleep so you’re not dependent on it. The daytime puts you in a good mood in the morning and be less anxious. These products don’t make your more intelligent, they remove the barriers preventing your brain from working as it’s supposed to.

sleeping pills were excellent not 100% sold on the power up pills as I felt flat after 2 hours of having taken them.

It really works
Ive been taking Unplug for about three weeks now. I started with the trial pack and decided to order the full bottle after a positive first impression. I am surprised by how much better I am sleeping. I have been able to fall asleep, generally stay asleep, and wake up (usually even before my alarm) much more consistently than before. I do have more vivid dreams, so I cut back to one pill instead of two per night. I think taking two would be more effective, but the vivid dreams are a bit too much for me :) Anyway, I’ve also been taking the daytime pills. I feel I’ve had more energy and mental clarity, but that could also be a placebo effect or an effect of getting better sleep. I only wish that the supplements were slightly less expensive, as I’m afraid I won’t be able to afford them long term!
Usually use magnesium to help with sleep but this is another level.
Over priced when compared to Holland and Barrett with their buy one get one for a penny sale. They did offer some discount when this was pointed out, but refused to match prices even though I was buying direct from motion. They did, to their credit, refund me quickly without any hassle
