Sleep has been better since using unplug. I still wake for the loo but get back to sleep now! So far so good. Made a difference from the first night. A week later am experiencing better sleep. Much happier.

I have struggled with sleeping for as long as I can remember, and saw these on Facebook and that samples were available to try... I have noticed a difference in how long I sleep between waking periods 2-3 hours now rather than 1&1/2-2 and I feel the quality of my sleep is also a bit better. I’m only 1 week into my new routine and I have both parts of the system- Unplug and Power Up. I’m very much hoping that over time these will help me have a more balanced sleep experience

Very fast delivery , the 3 day packs are very handy to be able to try out. I have put a pack of Power Up in my handbag in case I forget to take in the morning and Unplug in my wash bag for weekends away. I think the Unplug are helping me to be less restless on a night and Power Up seem to give me a greater clarity. Will order bigger quantity

I bought the 3 day trial pack. The first night I slept a bit better (probably because I had barely slept the night before). Second and third nights I had a lot of trouble falling asleep and woke several times during the night, so felt shattered in the morning. Your morning wake up supplement did not seem to help. I will not be buying this product again. I understand this works for some people which is why I gave 2 stars but unfortunately I’m not one of them.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to try this product because of delivery issue and coronavirus quarantine. However, I must admit that customer service is exceptional and I've received a refund without any issues.

They do not work for me at all. I have suffered from insomnia for a number of years and after prolonged use of sleep medication both prescribed and over the counter I wanted to get off. I researched and after a few conversations I chose unplug which had received rave reviews. I felt no difference in the first week but persevered hoping once in my system things would change sadly not the case £25 for the month supply is a lot to pay for something that didn't work. I'm not saying they don't work for everyone but sadly for me the search continues.

I ordered the 15 days trial pack of Unplug and Power up. I was very upset during the taking of pills, as my exam period was on, so my sleep was very disturbed. I kept waking up atleast 3 times per night. After 6 days of taking the pills, I noticed that I fell asleep faster, in the range of 15 to 30 mins, but sometimes it still took me an hour or two because I was very upset. I still kept waking up though, sorry to say that that didn't change (That was the only reason I bought the pills in the first place)... As my sleep was disturbed, I was moody and tired the whole day. Power up helped a bit with that, but not a lot.. It was mentioned that when you take it for a long period of time, you reduce your caffeine intake, well some times I drank a cup of coffee or two, and then I really felt the buzz, like I was supercharged. But I only drank coffee because I was lacking with energy. The only real improvement that I noticed from Power up was that I remembered stuff much faster and I could recollect stuff from the back of my mind with ease, sometimes it was very weird, it felt like it is a bit unnatural, like a superpower. I am giving 3 stars, but I will maybe reconsider trying again and ordering the whole jar. if it still doesn't help, the review will be more strict.

Good product delivered promptly

It is not a magic pill but a high quality supplement. Alongside some changes in the diet and trying to practice more yoga and meditation, the night pills did help me sleep better and spend longer time in deep phase. Also, the morning pills help with stress at work.

My favourite is cacao cream. Not supersweet with the artificial flavour like other proteins. Thank you.

It's not effective for me.

I find it so helpful, allowing me to sleep better than I have in years. And having a clearer mind in the day.

Good products and great service. There was a mix up with one of the products and the team acted quickly to get the right one to me soon after letting them know. Will be buying again!
