I really like the company and their products - the vegan and fair-trade ethics. I bought both day and night versions and was consuming them as per instructions. After 2 weeks I started having occasional headache which become a daily occurrence in week 4. Headaches went away after the 3rd day of not consuming the pills. I have used other nootropics in the past without side effects.

A very good company. I ordered the unplug supplements which unfortunately took a while to be dispatched but as a goodwill gesture they sent me samples! I tried unplug because of the chronic pain I deal with, I often struggle to relax and sleep due a constant wired feeling and these have been such a magic bullet in helping me sleep and assisting in my recovery. Excellent customer service, order was received the next day. The evening pills did have a slightly soothing effect, but whether it was enough for me to buy again - jury is out. I'm not sure. The morning pills did nothing for me I'm afraid.
Always difficult to quantify if these products work or not. I feel I had more success with the day tablets, with elevated concentration and more energy. The sleep ones were interesting, in that I felt I slept deeper, but did not fall asleep any quicker, and if anything on occasion took longer. The thing i cannot get my head round is that they recommend we take night and day tablets, which cost £25 a month each. Anybody who has £50 a month to blow on these tablets is either rich or mad. But not me, I couldn't justify it or afford it.
