I think this rating is really general. Should be one to rate the flavor, mix, package, value/price. Flavor: is missing more the peanut butter taste and a little bit sweetness. But for a based plant protein is a good taste. 8/10 Mix: perfectly 10/10 Package: hate it. I don't know why I got individual portions is always so hard to open and creates more waste. 0/10

Order arrived very quickly. Packaging is attractive and also eco friendly which is a bonus. I love how simple the ingredients are and the flavours aren't too overpowering/artificial which can often be the case with other protein powders.

Website is user friendly. Great whey ‘flavours’ and the whey powders mix very easily (doesn’t go lumpy when added to liquid, even without a blender). I appreciate the individual portion sized packets for travel. From the info gleaned on the website, the whey is good quality and with no added synthetics or fillers - VERY important!!

I use Motion Nutrition ‘Creamy Cacao’ Organic whey protein powder in my morning yogurt. It gives a lovely creamy subtly chocolatey flavour to the yogurt and adds a thicker consistency to it too. It makes the yogurt more interesting without adding any sugar, which flavoured yogurts tend to have. I then add berries and bananas to complete a lovely start to the day. Sometimes I put it all in the blender, sometimes I just have it as it is.
Didn’t see any difference in my sleeping pattern or energy level. Worth to buy trial to see if it works for you. But wouldn’t buy an expensive month bottle
Sleeping much better with some awesome vivid dreams. Feel more with it during the day.
Using unplug to help relax the body in the evenings. Great supplement I have added in, find it works really well. Helped me alot while travelling long distance flights
Service and delivery were excellent. However, products did not have much/any impact, thankfully only purchased the trial packs. Hopefully, others will have a better experience.
