Just waste money, didn’t help me to sleep

Brilliant company, brilliant products, excellent service

I bought these for my 17 yr old daughter, both the nighttime and morning tablets, and she has definitely seen a difference. Her sleep has improved and she has more focus in the daytime. I have noticed she seems much more motivated and happier as a result.

Seems to be having some effect on my sleep.

I found that I have deeper sleep with lots of dreams. However the amount of sleep I am getting remains the same ( at around five hours) I would not say I feel totally refreshed in the morning. I would dearly love to extend my sleep to seven hours.

Skeptical about trying sleeping products but gave this a go after watching Tony Riddle (@naturallifestyist) run the length of the UK barefoot. As part of his sleep/recovery routine he highly recommended it so gave it a go. And after trying... Well, I'm really pleased with the results. What I noticed most was I was less fuzzy in the mornings and more focused from the get go. I did not feel the need for my morning coffee, instead I was having a coffee around mid morning, much later than I have been doing. Give it a go peeps.

Anxiously waiting for my first product to arrive and wondering how to combine it with my sleeping pills. Benzodiazepan. Should I take both? Or just the herbal one? Advice welcome please.

Picked up a bottle of Power Up the last time I was in London, really noticed a difference in how I was coping with my regular daily stresses and anxiety. I’ve yet to try the day supplement but the night ones are incredible. It felt strange actually waking up from a nights deep slight and has taken a few days to adjust. Worked from day 1 for me. Not sure if I’ll take it for a long period but I’ll continue to take it intermittently once I’ve had a months good sleeping pattern. Amazing!

Unplug felt more relaxed but only slept slightly better but felt less stressed. Unfortunately they seemed to upset my tummy,which is very sensitive. There are a few ingredients that can cause tummy upset in it so can no longer take . Wish I could.
