Effective for decision-making, recall, and relieving some anxiety.
Even on first ingestion of the day nootropics, I could evidence that they were having the desired effect. My thinking was sharper and my recall memory was better, for example, remembering the name of people famous and non-famous in a minute of connecting the dots - whereas, usually, it would take a whole day or never! This helped me in real-life as I attended at event with ex-work colleagues, and also in getting rest before sleeping. I do find that taking just one tablet, instead of the prescribed two tablets, is effective enough. I have taken two tablets twice recently when I felt a little anxious and desired more clarity in general decision making. I have not taken them everyday, for example, non-working days. The tablets shouldn't be seen as a general fix for any long-term issues, and they do not make you smarter, or necessary work more efficiently. For what I wanted, they did the job, and I can decide when I think I want more clarity in my mind and need that extra support getting there. Quite slow delivery to my country (couple of weeks) - outside of UK, in the EU.
