Purchased the six day trial packs of both Powerup and Unplug Order arrived very quickly but am very disappointed to say that I found no difference with either product I suffer from fibromyalgia and had hoped to find some benefit but sadly not for me 😢
Good fast delivery. Well packaged and good instructions. I haven’t actually tried the tablets yet as I have been away skiing for a week and had no trouble sleeping!

Order was processed quickly and arrived well packaged and on time. I still have broken sleep but not as much as before and my mood is definitely happier I use unplug and power up. I am also combining this with 20 mins exercise when I wake up which I find sets me up for the day.
Was unsure at first, having tried most over the counter and herbal sleep remedies. But Unplug really does work in a different way. I still wake up in the night, and still often take a couple of hours to get back to sleep, but when I do wake I feel refreshed. I’m not tired during the day and generally have more energy and feel so much better. A welcome relief from menopausal insomnia.

I really wanted these to work, but if anything I actually slept worse than normal and felt more tired through the day during the 2 weeks I trialled these than normal
I do not know if this really works. It seems to have some marginal benefits at best, but from the ad I expected a real tangible bigger change in sleep quality. Now it varies from me thinking I feel the change on some days to not noticing anything at all. Dunno...
Thought I had done this once already. Anyway the product is very good indeed. I am sleeping better than I have in years. No longer having to take sleeping tablets (prescription) I can't praise highly enough.
Unplug has been a revelation for my sleep. I always slept well but I wake up feeling fresh even if my sleep has been disturbed by our toddler, which happens rather frequently! Power Up keeps me going throughout the day and really helps keep me focussed on tasks and I get things completed in a much quicker time as I'm way less distracted than usual. I hadn't really noticed the effect they were having until I ran out. Then I really struggled to keep my brain going after 3pm. Can't recommend these supplements enough.

There was no problem in the delivery. The products however has not worked at all for me. It happens. *I’ve used them for 3 months, noticed no difference at all.

I can't say it does not work but it just does not do a lot. Don't expect a kick like Zolpidem/Ambien. I do get rather sleepy after 30 min, and falling asleep with some meditation is possible... but staying deep asleep? No. I wake up at 2ish and then my brain is wide awake again. The Power Up pills don't do anything it seems. At least not for me. I use Mind Pro instead.
After only a week of using Unplug and Power Up, my husband and I both noticed a big difference - especially with Unplug. My husband had a very poor sleep score and has tried many supplements without any luck. Now with Unplug his sleep is less fragmented, as he's staying asleep longer (and potentially having a deeper sleep). For me, I notice a much deeper sleep and I fall asleep very easily. We both deal with anxiety so we are very grateful for the calm it has brought. I have already recommended it to several colleagues - life of advertising. ;) Thank you so much - we will absolutely be ordering again!!

Sadly Unplug didnt work for me. I do feel perhaps that I am more relaxed after taking it but as a chronic insomnia sufferer it hasnt impacted on my sleep quality at all.
I found the sleep pills did not work for me . I took them everyday for a week with no effect what’s so ever .
