You can feel it is good, but didn't help me a lot
I ordered the 15 days trial pack of Unplug and Power up. I was very upset during the taking of pills, as my exam period was on, so my sleep was very disturbed. I kept waking up atleast 3 times per night. After 6 days of taking the pills, I noticed that I fell asleep faster, in the range of 15 to 30 mins, but sometimes it still took me an hour or two because I was very upset. I still kept waking up though, sorry to say that that didn't change (That was the only reason I bought the pills in the first place)... As my sleep was disturbed, I was moody and tired the whole day. Power up helped a bit with that, but not a lot.. It was mentioned that when you take it for a long period of time, you reduce your caffeine intake, well some times I drank a cup of coffee or two, and then I really felt the buzz, like I was supercharged. But I only drank coffee because I was lacking with energy. The only real improvement that I noticed from Power up was that I remembered stuff much faster and I could recollect stuff from the back of my mind with ease, sometimes it was very weird, it felt like it is a bit unnatural, like a superpower. I am giving 3 stars, but I will maybe reconsider trying again and ordering the whole jar. if it still doesn't help, the review will be more strict.
