Initially I thought it was going to work as I felt tired in an evening. Unfortunately even after the 6 day trial it didn't help with the insomnia or quality of sleep that I did eventually get. Worth a try though

I have been taking these for 2 weeks and haven't noticed any difference to sleep quality or ability to get to sleep yet. I will give it a month and decide whether to continue. I feel they are a bit expensive at £25 for one month's supply

Prompt efficient service. My daughter takes Unplug and Power Up and was particularly grateful for Power Up at exam time.

Been suffering from sleep maintenance insomnia, on and off, since taking Unplug i ve been sleeping much better (both subjectively and according to Fitbit app).

The extra star is for the short delivery time, when I ordered the Power Up and Unplug Sampler Combo package. It was meant for my wife, but still after 11 days neither the quality of her sleep nor her daytime energy level has been improved.

The night time tablets did help. I didn't fall blissfully asleep for 8 hours but I did sleep longer and more deeply than usual after 2nd night. Day time tablets gave me a low grade long lasting headache so didn't take any more. Would recommend the trial package to see how you get on.

Really love these products - I initially wanted the unplug sleep one as I’m not a great seller and wake up a couple of times in the night - - but I also bought the power up after a six day trial of both - I am sleeping so much better and truly feel calmer and more positive since taking the tablets - can highly recommend - I’ve tried a lot of products to help me sleep better but these have really helped and improved my general well-being too added bonus!!
