I have found all of their products work well for me and have shown great gains at the gym.

Very fast and efficient service. Have been sleeping so much better since I’ve stared taking the Un plug pills.

It took a few days, but my sleep has been getting more stable (I woke a lot during the night before this) and I'm feeling more refreshed and able to cope with the crazy world we have going on around us.

The delivery was all fine, but I used the unplug for about 5 days straight and they did no good at all - I even seemed to sleep worse than usual for all those nights! I couldn't really tell whether or not the power up ones worked.

Did nothing for me, so will not be buying any.

Bought the trial size did absolutely nothing £10 wasted The tablets to make me more energetic....also waste of time Sorry but it didn’t work for me, perhaps it’s mind over matter

I have a strange relationship with the Motion Nutrition Power Up. Without a doubt they increase concentration, awareness and help to reduce stress. However when on them i find that i do things that i wouldn't normally do. Most of this is positive as i find they increase you confidence by a large amount. I am definitely more subdued when not on them and whilst taking them i do tend to voice opinions more, with confidence and also remain convinced of all my decisions. It makes you more powerful no doubt. However i do experience a 'come down' when not on them and generally feel exhausted afterwards, mainly because you are so focused when on them. If you have ever seen the film limitless there are some worrying similarities! My conclusion is, if you have an exam or a few days that require you to be on top of your game then they are fantastic, but from my experience it is best taken in moderation.

Ordering was easy and delivery prompt. Unfortunately I haven’t slept for longer than 4.5 hours a night since starting them

This product has genuinely transformed my sleeping, I am actually blown away. I thought it read going to be another Facebook ad that over promised and under delivered but I'm going from 6 hours of broken sleep to 7 - 8 (even 10 hours one night) of his sleep. If I do wake up I can go straight back to sleep, previously unheard of. Thank you

Unfortunately, the Unplug pills did not helped to my sleeping problems. After a month taking them, I still waking up every night after 2-3 hours of sleeping. I will search another alternative.
