Fibre install has caused irreparable damage to our Grade II listed building. Despite residents coming out and telling the workman that he had to stop and was unable to continue due to not having permission, he became abusive and rude, and continued with the installation anyway.
It will be escalated to legal where the damage will be claimed for. Disgusting company with no respect for anyone or anything. This is not the first time we have had this problem, either.
A man came onto my premises on my driveway looking around for something. No he hadn’t asked for permission to be on my property and didn’t seem to be bothered. I captured him on my video camera. Unprofessional
If I could give 0 I would. A guy came to my house yesterday unannounced and we did not answer so a card was left through the door. Then today he came back again and because we didn’t answer straightaway he walked into my car port and helped himself to the meters. Once we got to the door he said “I went and did it myself” at the time we were so surprised and intimidated that we didn’t confront him! I checked with my gas & electricity provider and they hadn’t sent them as they get smart meters. I am beyond fuming!
I just had someone turn up at my door asking to do a gas meter reading. This was unexpected and it wasn't a good time (the gas meter is in my garage, and I didn't want to go outside as I'm unwell and still in my PJ's). I simply said, "it's not convenient", he had a terrible attitude and walked off in a huff.
I had a failed smart meter installation in 2022 by this company. I complained at the time to that the engineer had updated my electric meter serial number with a smart meter which was never fitted (it kept tripping the circuits so she removed it immediately and reinstated the original one). The engineer also damaged the charger RCD for my electric car!! I complained at the time and was told they had updated the serial number problem, I've just come to change energy supplier and the incorrect electric meter details are there again, I'm 3 years on and still suffering from that disastrous visit that day from a morrisons data service engineer. If someone comes to install a meter from this company, do not let them in, it will be a disaster. I have full names of contacts I'e dealt with (engineer and person taht replied from the complaints team) and can provide as needed.
Guy who works fororrison Telecoms always dumping cables in housing association bins. It will be reported to council or police as is on constant basics.
This company's operative parked in my driveway to read the meter in the field next to my house. He didn't ask. This has happened before. I think they assume the meter is ours. It isn't, it belongs to the farmer. I have contacted SE Water but although I have filled in a complaint form - twice - on their website, it won't send. I live in a narrow lane, but there is parking nearby, with a short walk. SE Water have said they will pass it on.
Had a gas meter fitted on 7 Jan that didn't work nore the ihd he also broke the electric ihd .the tech said it would come online in 24 to 48 hours .this never happened we then had an other tech on the ,27 come he couldn't get the ihd for electric to work.he managed to get gas meter to work by replacing the meter and ihd unit .still have no electric ihd unit thanks to first tech and second one couldn't fix it .bloody useless service .and the companies refused to reply toy complaints .
I had a guy from Morrisons Data Services call at my address on 30/12/24 I told him via the ring doorbell that he didn't need to read my meter as I have a smart meter but he insisted he did , so I told him to come back at 2pm that same day but for some reason he decided to call the next day when I wasn't in only my elderly dad who has dementia and unfortunately my dad let him in but after playing back the video the guy didn’t show any form of identity.
I did email Morrisons on the 30/12/24 to ask them to take me off their list for data collection as I have the right to reject them entry as my gas/ electric company receive all the readings they need . But I’ve had no reply from Morrisons.
