Fibre install has caused irreparable…

Fibre install has caused irreparable damage to our Grade II listed building. Despite residents coming out and telling the workman that he had to stop and was unable to continue due to not having permission, he became abusive and rude, and continued with the installation anyway. It will be escalated to legal where the damage will be claimed for. Disgusting company with no respect for anyone or anything. This is not the first time we have had this problem, either.

A man came onto my premises on my driveway looking around for something. No he hadn’t asked for permission to be on my property and didn’t seem to be bothered. I captured him on my video camera. Unprofessional

If I could give 0 I would. A guy came to my house yesterday unannounced and we did not answer so a card was left through the door. Then today he came back again and because we didn’t answer straightaway he walked into my car port and helped himself to the meters. Once we got to the door he said “I went and did it myself” at the time we were so surprised and intimidated that we didn’t confront him! I checked with my gas & electricity provider and they hadn’t sent them as they get smart meters. I am beyond fuming!

I would just like the guy that come out…

I would just like the guy that come out to my property on an emergency call out tonight and may I add travelled 2 hours to get to mine,what a genuine guy he was he came to exchange my meter as I had had no gas for 2 days am a single disabled woman living on my own and felt very safe with the knowledge that he was in my home and made me feel safe didn't get his name but he was my guardian angel tonight so thank you to the guy with the hat on and blue hair underneath well done you deserve a promotion

Would have been scary if I was on my own

Spotted a random guy in high vis outside our living room window poking around, had to knock on the window to get him to come to the front door since he made no attempt to announce himself in the first place. Told us he was visiting on behalf of British Gas but had no appointment, British Gas had not told us they required a meter reading so told him to jog on. Weird, weird guy and highly doubt they had anything to do with British Gas since I've given them up to date readings. If I had been on my own in the house I would have been scared!

Put a leaflet through my door saying I…

Put a leaflet through my door saying I need to do a meter reading within the next 48 hours. I am not. I am up-to-date with my provider. So why do I need to give 'Morrison Data Services' a reading? I don't even know who they are. My boyfriend sent it me when I was at work and said I was in trouble because I had not done a reading, when I actually did one on 30.11.22. Good job I am not old as you could worry people.

Rude intrusive threatening loud brash no etiquette manners tried to peer thru letter box even after i shouted from upstairs that i was in shower and he should come back another time instead he returned to his vehicle and sat waited on my drive for 15mins wat low life scum

I worked for MDS and we would lose some…

I worked for MDS and we would lose some wages if we took to long between meters so can understand why readers drop a card thro with no knock as going into house takes time so only external meters are getting read as no time allowed to go inside to read.

What a load of rubbish this company is

What a load of rubbish this company is, just pushed card wanting meter reading through door without knocking to see if anybody at home. and then when I tried to send reading by their website it would not accept it . wonder if eon my supplier know how useless they are.

Customer Care Vacuum

After being rear ended by a Morrison Data Services employee several weeks ago I cannot get anyone, including their insurers to deal with the matter. Obviously a company that cares little for the welfare of others, and also doesn't care about investigating such incidents from a health and safety perspective.

Disgraceful service!!!

This company is affiliated to So Energy for metering issues. Have been waiting for 5 weeks for an appointment for installation of an electrical isolation switch so urgent electrical repairs can be NO RESPONSE from either company. Disgraceful service.
