NEVER buy from these cowboys

NEVER buy from these cowboys. Bought a scooter that became faulty, sent it away to their β€˜repairs’ place and they’ve held it for over 3 months little to no communication. Absolutely shocking.

Helpful, understanding and fast

After a week a scooter faulted, staff particularly Rebecca from service was extremely polite and understanding and replaced the scooter the next day no problem. Would highly recommend.

Dodgy business selling old scooters!!!

Further to my last review from May, I can confirm I bought a scooter manufactured back in 2021 despite being brand new. As a result, the battery was faulty which meant I had to send it in for repair for a scooter that was used for less than 2 months (bought it at the end of March). It's been over a month and I still haven't got my scooter back. Moovelectric does not disclose the scooter's manufacturing date on purpose. They buy old products at a discounted price and they pretend to sell it on sale but in reality all what they are doing is buying products which are at least 3 yrs old!! My experience with this company has been awful. I would advise people to pay attention to this because they only offer a 15 day exchange policy for a brand new unit, after that, you have to liaise with the manufacturer's warranty which is painful. I completely regret buying from them!! I hope they go out of business for doing this to customers.
