To start with the delivery was excellent. Only took 2 days delivery to get to me in aberdeen it was also free! I had an issue with the new scooter though but the customer service to rectify the issue was fantastic!. It ended up being a faulty charger. they sent out a replacement without hesitation. I would definitely recommend this company!
