They lied to me saying that I was getting 500 dollars after pay off of a loan. I would have never thought they were sending me money if customer service rep hadn’t of told me they were. Very disappointed and filing with the better business bureau.

Horrible customer and advocate representatives. They do not do their job when they say they will. You state your problem, they say they will look into it and/or the respond saying they will fix it and get back with you, but they do not. I have this problem that has been going on for 1 month and nothing changed. Problem still exists. When you contact their so called "advocate" they give the same line we will get back with you and nothing. You never get the same person, always someone different. The only thing they are good at is panning off the problem hoping the customer will go away

Has anyone else experienced the account being suspended after their tax return was deposited? An did they use a different tax service instead of theirs? My account was suspended and I haven't been able to access my money.

Customer service is horrible, I have called several times and I have tried to explain my situation and it is like they do not understand Edit; It is all lip service, I went to there link in there reply and fill out the information and I have no one contact me. Stay away

**BUYER BEWARE** I recently opened a moneylion account and transfered money into my account. Shortly after, I was locked out of my account for no apparently reason, they asked for pic of my ID (front and back) and pic of myself holding my ID along with a recent bill showing my address. I did everything they asked, for them to say the documents looked scanned...No SH!T they're scanned, I made a PDF of the info and sent it to them, and OF COURSE they were scanned with my phone and a pic of me holding my ID. PLEASE BEWARE of MoneyLion, they stole my money.

They money lion deposit portion was held up and then into the weekend where they said they couldn't escalate the matter until Monday. The reps were polite but any answers or resolution was essentially gas lighting me. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT put all your money into a money lion account.

I had a credit builder account. In these accounts they open it with $1000 credit line. Up front they give you a small percentage. Then once you pay it off they give you the rest. Or at least that's how it's supposed to work. I paid mine in full going on two months ago now. The money never came. I contacted them and they kept telling me to wait. After a month I contacted them again, then they started saying they sent it already and it was deposited. I checked my bank....nope. called my bank....nope. Contacted money lion again and they said I had to give them my personal bank statements with ALL of my info or else they couldn't verify I didn't get the money. After much reluctance and a week later I finally sent the statement. Showing proof I had never recieved anything from them. It's now been almost a month after that and I still have not received anything. All they do is keep emailing me saying they are still working on it. They have my bank statement. They can clearly see I never received the money. At this point they've stolen over $850 from me and if you are considering using this company I highly discourage it. I was depending on that return for other bills. They do not care and they will not help. Also every email they send has a number at the bottom you can "call" that leads to a dead phone line Update: they have finally said they sent the money though I have not received it yet. And then they turned around and wrote my account as a charge off on my credit report. Not during this entire process. But after this initial review and fighting for my own money. Do not use this company

I love ❤️ MONEYLION. They r the best app u can have for advances and more. Love it.. they have all.kinds of different features to help u get your credit back on track and advances when u need it and pay back on a date that u set with them. They r the best! Go with moneylion. U won't regret it...

GDPR compliance has shown to work, must have been internet quirk, and after unsubscribing, no more emails received, another annoyance is that the service is for US only, since I live outside US I still get the adds, and unable to join the service to take advantage of the rewards offered by Mr Beast promotions.

I signed up and downloaded the app to play along with Beast Games contests. I earned multiple entries. When I attempted to verify my account, I learned that someone had created a fraudulent account with my SSN and DOB. I called MoneyLion to resolve it. They informed me that if I can't log into the other account, the fraudulent account, that they will have to disable both accounts and I can never have an account. Because of this, I have lost my entries to the Beast Games contests. Apparently if your information is compromised MoneyLion doesn't help, they just ban you for life.

Email communications are terrible. Can't get my identity issue resolved

My account was locked because they suspected fraud. I have had this account for three years and used it as my primary account for day to day for that entire time. This year I visited my sister in Hamilton Ontario. I paid for some groceries and things. Next thing I know, I cannot get into my account. This was three weeks ago. I've been sending my ID to their fraud department probably 4 times now. Every time they won't accept it. Screen shot. Scanned. Can't see one of the corners. Last one I sent they said it was a screenshot. It wasn't! I don't know how to get them to accept my ID and give me back access. Don't use this company. You will end up having problems. I guarantee it. As soon as I get my money back (assuming I ever do) I am closing my account for good.
