Why go out of your way to provide me in writing that all I jeed to do is repay my advance to move to tier 2. Disgusting. Paid back my advance today. Apparently you dint move up ina tier for "paying it back early " despite the verbiage saying "pay on or before your due date". They mean you can only advance if you pay on the day it's due. Also a manager said otherwise. Also support chat has documented otherwise. 24-48h return call? Yeah right. Guarantee you read this and reply in the next few hours. Tell them to do their job, im demanding, not asking. Move me up at minimum 1 tier for all this insane bs that is not disclosed, or youre lied to about. Financial institutions whom intentionally lie should jot be trust at all. 3.7 is an INSANELY low score on here for this type of service.

So i have done the credit builder lian twice now, to try and rebuild my credit, when i have payed them off the money automatically gets sent to your roar money bank acct, once you try to transfer it out of there to your original bank acct it requires a verification code sent from moneylion, but they never send the code, so you cant transfer the money!!

MoneyLion is a total RIPOFF and a nightmare to deal with! My sister is battling stage 4 metastatic cancer and depends on every penny for her medical care. This predatory company drafted $800 from her primary bank account and then had the audacity to lock her MoneyLion account so she couldn’t transfer the funds back. She contacted them immediately, and instead of helping, they’ve given her nothing but the runaround. They demanded a selfie with her ID in her hand — even after she told them she is bedridden. She still managed to send them FOUR photos, yet they rejected every single one, making up excuses like the ID wasn’t “clear” or “readable.” Each time, they came back asking for more pictures, giving absurd instructions that are impossible for someone in her medical condition. This is disgusting, heartless, and unethical. They’re holding money that she desperately needs for treatment while wasting time with endless hoops to jump through. In my opinion, this company preys on customers, has zero compassion, and should be avoided at ALL costs. If you value your time, sanity, and money — run the other way!

App malfunctions and will not allow you to withdraw your own money due to the security process and the app not texting your phone the code. Customer service provides zero support. They are not a real bank with a real reputation, with real employees who care about the success of the establishment.

I like you can get an advance. But I never corresponds well with my paycheck. And recently took money I was going to use for food so now I don't have any money for food. Amohnt taken was not even the amoj t of the advance. They just took what i had. And pay day is still 4 days away

I tried to get instacash loan sent to my bank debit card, instead it sent to a roar account that I hadnt even set up. When the stupid AI chat person "Jen" finished telling me how she understood how frustrated I was, they proceeded to take $84 from my bank account! Luckily it triggered a fraud alert and it was blocked! My debit card is now stopped and I went through plaid to unlink my bank account. I will still be watching my bank account for awhile, since they wont actually close my moneylion account. I never recieved any money from them anyway.

I never got a loan from them I attempted to get a loan and was denied yet they kept billing me as if I had gotten a loan. I told them I never got a loan they took my credit score from 670 to 490 and mind you they never gave me any loan I never got a single penny from them they charged off my fake loan and then put an additional $60 charge on my credit report leaving 6 derogatory marks on my credit all over a loan I never received

The loans are done by third parties which makes you go to another app. What's the point when you can just set up with the other app? Custom services never answered my questions and when I tried to deactivate my account it said it was unable to and I now have to call a number to do so. Save yourself the time and just use the other platforms since using this one makes you anyways

Money lion holds ur money while they have received it and been cleared and processed just cus the pay date is showing certain date they take advatage to gain more profit off of u while ur telling them ur in need of the money it’s life threatening situation they don’t care they say sorry if u end up dying from starvation nd loosing ur job we still gna hold ur money will release it 2 days early money lion liable if I loose my job or if I end up in the hospital and have seizures Moneylion they hold on people’s money even if they received it and just cus the pay date shows on certain day when money lion have been holding on to people’s direct deposit and than they want to claim their doing their customer a favor for releasing it 2 days sooner from the date that showing the pay date well that’s just Incase of any issues with the transafer so the pay or gives some cushion time but money lion takes advantage of that and the only institution that holds on to people money when they have had received the money I’m on medication and I’m complete out of money and I’m sick and starving and asked Moneylion to release my money even for life threatening emergency they don’t care oh it’s ok will release it 3 days from now while it’s ok if it starving and haven’t eaten and if u end up de*** they don’t care they only care about collecting interest off struggling suffering I’ll people and they don’t care how their situation is and if I end up hospitalized or de*** Moneylion is the one to blame

Thieves!!!! They went into my account and absolutely stole my money!!!! They charged me for memberships that I never signed for !!! They then say that you can’t get a refund and that won’t cancel my involuntary membership. I never signed up for it and this company to me is a scammer , robber, brutal , beastly, crooked , wicked, underhanded, criminal, organizational, and gangster, mentality organization.!!! These people located in New York need to be locked up in prison and then thrown under the cell!!!!! I hope that they lose business and they get thrown out of business or they fire everyone at the top and all of the cricket individuals that are stealing people’s money!!!!! it is absolutely wicked and unnecessary!!!!

Scumbag liars, stole money from me after something was already paid. And after paid revoked any type of payment and deleted my banking institution they took almost $900 from me, stay away from them.

Moneylion charges interest rates that are illegal in my state, Oregon. I just discovered that. They put me in a horrible financial situation this month. They gave me loans and the same day they took out more than the loans for a previous loan. I thought the previous loan had been repaid. So I got loans but now down $50!!! Chat refuses to help. They just keep referring to their legal agreement. As a senior on a fixed income, this is a disaster for me, but they don't care.

So this has been going on since May 9th. I completed a Play to Earn task with the promise of reward points. Everything was okay at first when the payouts were small but when I actually INVESTED my money to earn a little more everything started going wrong. Everytime I completed a milestone on one of the games to earn the rewards it didn’t payout the promised rewards and I would have to contact support and wait days to get a response or the reward. The third time this happened and I had to contact support (again this took multiple calls and chats on their app) I asked to speak to a supervisor“JOVER” was his name I made sure to ask if this was fixed because the next milestone I reached was the final one for this game called coin masters and I wanted to make sure I wouldn’t have to go through this and he told me yes we figured it out now it should be working fine. I believed them and put my last $75 (that may not seem like a lot to all of you but it hurt me bad but I needed the payout) into the game to get to level 200 for the promised payout of $211.35 and when I reached it nothing happened. I waited the recommended 48 hours before contacting them even though I desperately needed it. When I made a ticket on Wednesday June 11th I kept getting blown off basically and told it could take 3-5 business days to fix so I called every other day just for updates because they promised to email me some but NEVER DID. After the 5th day I was sent to their so called customer advocate “Ms. Shandra” because I wanted to hurry it along/file a complaint since then she has sent me 2 emails saying basically “we are trying/sorry” never asked a single question or answered to any of my concerns(I’ve sent a lot of emails and the number she has goes straight to voicemail) The worst part is that the reward had a time limit and it ran out a few days ago and after it ran out the pay out went from $211.35 to $30.75 AND GUESS WHAT the day after it magically allowed them to send me the payment, but guess what happened IT ONLY PAID THE $30.75 not even half of what i put in the game and still haven’t heard a word from Shandra this is completely unfair and they are blatantly trying to wait me out in hopes I will just leave it alone but I can’t it is so wrong and I just want what I earned. Please don’t trust them on a lot of things they say and when something goes wrong their customer service just seems like they want to calm you down to make you leave them alone just for now and it’s like that everytime you call/chat.
