Horrible customer and advocate…
Horrible customer and advocate representatives. They do not do their job when they say they will. You state your problem, they say they will look into it and/or the respond saying they will fix it and get back with you, but they do not. I have this problem that has been going on for 1 month and nothing changed. Problem still exists. When you contact their so called "advocate" they give the same line we will get back with you and nothing. You never get the same person, always someone different. The only thing they are good at is panning off the problem hoping the customer will go away
