My account was locked

My account was locked because they suspected fraud. I have had this account for three years and used it as my primary account for day to day for that entire time. This year I visited my sister in Hamilton Ontario. I paid for some groceries and things. Next thing I know, I cannot get into my account. This was three weeks ago. I've been sending my ID to their fraud department probably 4 times now. Every time they won't accept it. Screen shot. Scanned. Can't see one of the corners. Last one I sent they said it was a screenshot. It wasn't! I don't know how to get them to accept my ID and give me back access. Don't use this company. You will end up having problems. I guarantee it. As soon as I get my money back (assuming I ever do) I am closing my account for good.
