Dom fixed the issue with my softener and gave a full explanation of what had caused the problem. Very happy with the service from Monarch, I highly recommend using this company.

Dom turned up on time and diagnosed/replaced the faulty valve quickly. System back up and running in less than 15 minutes.
Very satisfied with repair and service given by Richard Lawrence the engineer. Found the fault quickly and resolved the problem. Good attitude and expert knowledge.

Richard Lawrence an engineer from Monarch came to check my water softener. I was impressed with everything about him. He took his shoes off at the dock without even being asked to. A first in my experience. Very respectful. He proceeded to give the water softener a thorough examination. He had to adjust several things ( it was not installed by a specialist) . He explained everything as he did this. Surely one of the best workman I have ever encountered. Polite, patient and informative. It’s now working like a dream. Thank you Richard
Ian came and serviced/repaired our Monarch softener. He was very efficient and knowledgeable and most importantly replaced a valve which was faulty. Excellent service!
Why aren’t more companies like this. Richard the service engineer was great. He fixed my softener and gave me options of what was possible. My softener is 18 years old. And has proved very reliable. Thanks

Richard excellent at his work, efficient, tidy and with some good advice. Couldn't really say the same for the customer service tho', after having taken the payment I then had to wait nearly two months for Richard, (who was excellent ) to arrive and repair the unit.

Water softener was clearly not working properly as it wasn't using salt. Telephoned Monarch Water to arrange an engineer visit. Ian duly arrived as expected and sorted out the issue in a professional manner. Would certainly recommend.
I was told to expect the engineer between 8-9 am and Richard arrived bang on 8. He was polite and tidy and carried out the service on our water softener quickly and efficiently.

Not just a Water Softner Service, their engineer Richard also checked the installation and supply pipe work even though unit has been installed for several years. He found an issue re water supply and promptly fixed. Excellent Service!
Great service by Dave W. Old water softener not working properly and causing water pressure issues elsewhere. Was quickly sorted and after consideration and advice decided to upgrade to a newer softener which he carried in stock and saved another further visit. Good advice and happy with work done/price

Service was carried out , an issue was found which was dealt with under the warranty. Highly recommended Product and service, both excellent.
