Richard the engineer from Monarch water softener was superb, he was very respectful and friendly. His product knowledge was very good and he explained the fault and resolved the issue. Richard also ran a test for the hardness of the water and set the level correctly. Awesome service. Thank you Richard.

Impressed with the excellent service received from Monarch. Ian quickly identified the fault with our softener, explained the problem and the probable cause. He was efficient and very methodical in fixing the problem, and then making sure everything was checked, cleaned and fully working as it should be. Excellent service!

I contacted Monarch for routine maintenance of the machine. Right from Maria who was very efficient on the phone and booking the job in through to Richard, the engineer - very professional. Richard was on time, neat, explained what he did and offered advice on looking after the softner.

I don’t often leave reviews but felt I needed too this time as Richard and the Monarch team have been exemplary. From the initial call to book in the call out when my softener stopped working through to Richard being onsite and taking the time to talk me through what was wrong, the cause and what he fixed it has been top quality service.

Really impressed with the service received by Richard Lawrence yesterday. After recently moving into a new house, I found my water softener was not working - Richard came to take a look, explained everything and fitted a replacement for me without needing to return.

Richard was pleasant, polite and efficient. He explained exactly what he had done, and didn’t complain that our water softener was in a difficult cupboard to get to.

Arrived within the agreed time slot, clearly explained the issue and options and costs and replaced our softener. He also identified an underlying issue with our mega flow system which we are dealing with.
