Very efficient and effective job done by Monarch's engineer, Richard Lawrence. He arrived on time, explained exactly what he would do to service the unit plus what and why a (relatively cheap) replacement part was needed. Very personable. Tidied up well. Couldn't ask for a better service.

Having booked and paid in advance for a service visit for my Monarch water softener the service engineer Richard arrived within the allotted time and completed the job within 30mins. He was courteous and professional throughout and also took the time to answer my various questions about the system. Very pleased.

I made a appointment and the inginer came and fix with no cost and everything works good..

Really quick delivery of our water softener and communication from April in the office was great, cant wait to experience the soft water!

Have had a great experience in all aspects with Monarch. I bought a 2nd hand water softener that was faulty. They were easy to get hold of on the phone and gave great advice. Not just with the faults but with installation. Then an engineer came today to fix the fault and service the machine who did a great job. So hopefully we'll be able to enjoy soft water from now on. Would highly recommend buying from Monarch.

Richard did a great job! He checked our water softner, fixed and issue and replaced a part. This saved us money because we didn't need a brand new water softener. :-)
