Issue with water softener resolved
Had an issue with my water softener and called the company who arranged a visit from an engineer. Only cost was engineer labour. Was visited by Richard Lawrence who was in and out in an hour. He diagnosed the issue, changed the parts that were defective and got everything up and running again. My fault for not having the unit serviced. He finished up by cleaning up and arranging for a service in 2 years. Very satisfied with Monarch and especially the engineer, Richard Lawrence. Highly recommended.
