Dom fixed the issue with my softener and gave a full explanation of what had caused the problem. Very happy with the service from Monarch, I highly recommend using this company.

Dom turned up on time and diagnosed/replaced the faulty valve quickly. System back up and running in less than 15 minutes.
We recently had a monarch water scaler system installed, while it is early days the system went in without a problem and seems simple to maintain and should help things like the washing machine last much longer not to mention keeping things like the shower clear of limescale for much longer to.
Completely satisfied with the installation of the softener by our installer, now in the garage out of site instead a big lump stuck outside in a weather proof box. The water appears to be softer than before & with microbore CH keeping the pipes free, also noticing the salt lasting a lot longer with a much more up to date device.
Delivered promptly, easy to install myself, compact and tidy. Over the last few months it seems to have gotten on with the job quietly and seems more efficient on salt usage than my old one.

What a great product, it works effortlessly, and the water is silky and soft to the touch. Using the salt bricks instead of tablets is so much easier. I’m so happy with the plumbers recommendation to have one of these water softeners. It’s so much better for the whole home.
Machine service carried out efficiently. Technician gave several helpful hints, fixed a leak and recalibrated machine. Arrived promptly and did a good job. Would have been 5 star had call-out charge been less (£100 + vat).
After doing a comparison analysis market leading brands, we ended up with buying Monarch. Very good performance so far and definitely recommend. I would say other brands we are paying for the their marketing.
Exellent customer Service. I had a replacement machine, old one was over 10 years old. Engineer was pleasent, arrived on time and left the house clean and tidy, taking the old machine with him.

Really excellent water softener. I thought that a previous make that I had was good but this is far better. It is so easy to refill with salt tablets as well. Excellent product.
