The unit is well made, all fittings required to fit are provided. Maintenance free and water softness is exceptionally good.

Having had several water softeners before I can say with confidence that the two Monarch water softeners I have perform by far the best. I have the Master HE and the MIDI HE operating different water systems in the house

I've installed Monarch Midi softeners in my last 3 homes and they seem to be made well and do what they're supposed to do without any issue and are trouble free. Highly recommend.

New softener purchased to replace existing softener. Picked up from local supplier and fitted by me. Fitting Instructions were clear and easy to follow and connections using my existing system was very simple. The only additional work I needed to undertake was the fitting of a pressure regulator. The device is very well made and very competitively priced. I have no hesitation in recommending this device.

Very pleased and straightforward installation and instructions. Now luxuriating in soft water. Plus a British made product so that made us very proud.

Had a Monarch midi installed a few months now and the results are great. Having just brought a new build we felt we wanted to get one and it was well worth it, no more scale. Great advise also from the local rep in my area Paul Judge.

Monarch have a fantastic product and excellent customer service. Paul from Monarch had to visit my home to diagnose a small issue which he quickly repaired. It was a pleasure to have him sort and I wish there were more companies and staff like Monarch.

Purchased my softener a few months ago and I’m so happy with it. Me and my family are already noticing huge benefits from having one.

Well. I installed this machine in a cupboard next to the sink as it was the perfect place It is a fantastic piece of kit. It softens the water to everything bar the kitchen cold tap and my fridge. My boiler is now getting soft water as are my bathroom, shower room and washing machine. The difference is phenomenal Installed a week ago and used Viakal (other products available) on shower glass and all taps etc. Not a mark has come back. When showering you use less shower gel/shampoo and get more lather. Also, I am now getting foam from the tablets in the washing machine. Overall this is a fab bit of kit Monarch MIDI HE

This is just a follow up after my review on the 30th of Sept.. I received an immediate call from Monarch right after my online review. There was an assurance to sort out the machine on the appointment date, otherwise sooner if someone will cancel their appointment. As from the instruction, we currently switched to “bypass” whilst waiting & off machine for now. I will post again another review after the engineer’s next work. A 3 star review for now as it was more of a talk rather than a rectification of the main problem.

JAMES DID A GREAT JOB CHANGING THE MACHINES OVER AND TESTING NOW THAT WE HAVE HAD THE NEW SOFTENER FOR A FEW MONTHS THE OLD MACHINE WAS ALOT BETTER REASON BEING THE ALARM GOES OFF EVEN IF SLIGHTLY LOW ON SALT THEN YOU HAVE TO RESET TO STOP THE ALARM EVEN WHEN TOPPED UP WITH SALT.

Our plumber recommended your Ultra SE softener and i have to say i was sceptical at first - the initial outlay seems quite high but i have to say that we are DELIGHTED with the end result - the water in the shower feels so much better and we’ve already noticed that it’s easier to lean the bathroom and kitchen sinks as there is way less limescale. I’d recommend this product to anyone!

Engineer was very knowledgeable. Diagnosed the fault and repaired it quickly.

Excellent service and replacement PCB for our Monarch Water Softner. Also helped me to understand how my system operates and outflow from the Softner unit into our domestic system. Very impressed with price as well.
