I had a monarch softener installed in 2016, but had completely forgotten to register. When it went faulty, they backdated the warranty and arranged repair almost immediately- parts all covered. Really good, excellent service.

The water quality from Monarch water treatment is excellent and the Monarch system is largely maintenance free (just need to change the cartridge once a year)

The softener was installed by a plumber with no fuss. It’s neat and compact and looks well constructed and stylish. It took about a week to notice the difference when showing. The water is softer and will certainly help to keep all the appliances much cleaner. No maintenance to do it does it itself. Only check every 2 weeks to top up with salt. Thoroughly recommend the Monarch softener.

Monarch were very helpful when I called for advice about my faulty water softener and booking a repair was quick and easy. The local plumber for my area was very good and renewed the resin and now it’s good as new.

My old water softener broke down and the cost to repair or replace with a new product from the same supplier was very high. My brother in law uses a Monarch softener and recommended one. I purchased one locally, it was easy to install and set up and the Monarch customer support team were excellent when I had a question.

Was advised by the plumber we often use to purchase a monarch water softener as he has fitted loads. Does what is says. Nice digital display with visible clock. When it does backwash very quiet. Comes with by pass valve which cuts down on labour time. When we move again would definitely go for a monarch.

Following the problems I had earlier. The company has now taken on board the issues and have replaced the faulty water softener. The new one appears to be working properly. We got there in the end.

I have found the Monarch Midi HE softener to be well designed, easy to install, very simple to set up and maintain. In my experience it ranks as one of the top softeners available. I installed one in our previous house 8 years ago to replace another make that failed and it functioned flawlessly all that time. Since moving recently, I installed another in the new home a month ago and it's already starting to remove existing limescale.

The engineer turned up on time and was in contact before the appointment with the ETA and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. He was very personable and knew exactly what was the item that needed rplacing.

The service engineer was on time and very helpful. He resolved the problem and showed me what to do if it happened again. The issue was simple to fix. He tidied up and left punctually.
