Very effective replacement for a previous water softener. Does exactly what it says it will do, and does it very well. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Straightforward, does what it says on the tin!

This product was supposed to descale water for a house with two bathrooms and a family ,it does not work our kettle still needs descaling every week because the water is still very hard. 3 hundred pounds wasted !!

Quality products at very competitive prices. I bought the Monach Master Water Softner after 6 six years of deliberating. My only regret is that I didn't buy one sooner. The change it has made to my skin, hair and not to mention saving money on cleaning products to remove limescale from my shower, makes this product a must for all households in hard water areas. A real game changer!

Amazed at the difference that was made by having the water filter. It’s very compact, fitting in a dead space under our kitchen sink. Very easy to top up with salt. We are supplied by Thames Water and the supply was extremely hard, leading to massive buildup of limescale. It was impressive how quickly the water filter resolved the problem. Our only regret is that we didn’t have it installed years ago! Also, we contacted the company’s customer support with a query - this was answered quickly and we received great advice.

Really impressed with our Monarch Water Softner. We live in a very hard water area but since having the water softner unit installed our shower screens, taps and kettle have been easier to clean! Highly recommended them!

This water softening system works well, but it's difficult to know when you have to put more salt into the dispenser as there is no alarm or app.

Compact easy to fit and simple to set up. Supplied plumbing kit and valve is superb . No trip to the plumbers to buy lots of additional fittings . Has run faultlessly since I installed it a number of months ago producing lovely soft water to the entire house . Fitted myself without any problems

Works perfectly, no more limescale, nothing more to add.

The Softener was well packed so it suffered no damage in transit and everything was present when unpacked by our plumber. The installation went smoothly and the instructions on how to set up and commission the Softener were clear and understandable. Now it is working the water feels softer than it did previously before the old unit was removed as part of a complete kitchen refit.

Purchased a midi softener to replace an old softener unit that stopped working efficiently. Straight forward installation and water quickly became softened. But after a week had an overflow problem. Monarch’s response was quick and efficient. A Monarch technician visited and reviewed my installation (all fine) and replaced a motor, all working again in about 30 mins

Our old water softener finally gave up the ghost. Our son, a plumber, researched various models and found the Monarch one we eventually went with. It was a fair price, delivered quickly, has worked well and given us no trouble since installation. Very pleased with purchase and would thoroughly recommend both company and model.

A great water softer. Economical on salt and generally a great investment & product.

The engineer arrived on time to service the water softner. He was very polite and set about checking the machine and replacing some worn parts and connectors. He tested the softness of the water coming out of the taps and adjusted the settings. The water softner is working well and is no longer noisy.

The water softener is great the only thing is the cost of salt has seriously gone up. The way to purchase it cost effectively is to bulk buy. Thank God we found a supplier in Blandford that would deliver free and we have Monarch salt now a years supply at £13.00 a bag 25 kilograms worth - we hope the cost will come down by by the next time we purchase!

A fantastic product- my wife is from Scotland as is used to soft water, so we had one installed in our home. It’s made a big difference to our water, made cleaning much easier, and the wife is happy, so no complaints here!
