No ownership of complaints.
So far, awful. I have contacted SoEnergy about 5 times regarding missing referral reward credits and there is still no sign of them resolving the matter. On the occasion before last they asked me to e-mail some details - but their e-mail system just bounces everything, so I had to paste my e-mail back into their chat system. Just no ownership of getting the matter resolved. Wish I'd stuck with British Gas.
